After three decades of experience in city administration, economic and community development, chamber of commerce leadership, tourism and special events, founder John Land retired from municipal government in 2022. Leveraging the many experiences and vast network of relationships forged over a successful career, North Shore Solutions was born to represent both the private and public sectors. Active in his church and a recent grandfather, Land places God and family first in all things. To make his consultancy like family, Land vows only to work with those he knows, likes and trusts, and he will not accept a project he would not personally endorse as a city administrator. John prides himself in addressing each opportunity in a unique manner, assembling the perfect team to reward his clients and the communities they develop.
